“we are getting more and more customers using pppoe.”

Today, while reviewing my Google Analytics statistics, I stumbled upon a peculiar visitor. He/she/it lives in Congo and is apparently accessing the website through a network name I’ve never heard of :
we are getting more and more customers using pppoe.
Isn’t it curious? That whole sentence is the network value.
My main hypothesis would be that this is a crawler owned by an Internet services provider who also operates a search engine. I don’t understand how this bit of technical explanation could contaminate the network identification, though.
Even weirder : this sentence yields no result from Google, but I’d be surprised to be the only one to see (and wonder about) this.

Update : As reddit user doingweb pointed out, this is part of Vodacom Congo’s whois description. The full text is

WE ARE GETTING MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS USING PPPOE. TO PREVENT FUTURE CONNECTIONS.
NOT NECCESSARY TO USE NAT BECAUSE ROUTER LICENSE PROBLEM.

I would lie if I told you I know what this means, but that does it for this question.
